Reference number: 20093084 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-09-19 The Town of Dorval is seeking tenders for inspection, preventive maintenance and repair work on plumbing installations and systems in various Town of Dorval buildings, including aquatic centres. Edgar Rouleau Arena: once (1) or twice (2) a year, depending on the equipment, in January and July. • Westwood Arena: once (1) a year, in July; • Opening and closing of the Library water basin: The successful bidder shall open the pool in the spring (end of May) and close it in the fall (beginning of October). • Dorval Library: once (1) or twice (2) a year, depending on the equipment, in January and July. • Opening and closing of the tennis clubhouse: The successful bidder shall open in the spring (end of May) and close in the fall (beginning of October) all plumbing fixtures in the clubhouse, such as sinks, dishwashers , shut-off valves, and any other piping in accordance with the terms and conditions described in this call for tenders. • Ballantyne Aquatic Center: once (1) or twice (2) a year, depending on the equipment, in January and July. • Surrey Aquatic and Community Center: once (1) or twice (2) a year, depending on the equipment, in January and July; • Walters Aquatic Center: once (1) a year, in July. • Dorval Aquatic Complex (CASD): once (1) a year. • Sarto Desnoyers Community Center: every two (2) months for plaster hatches, in February, April, June, August, October, and December, and twice (2) a year for other facilities, in January and July; • City Hall: once (1) or twice (2) a year depending on the equipment, in January and July. • Dorval Museum: Twice (2) a year, in January and July. • Public Works: Once (1) or twice (2) a year depending on the equipment, in January and July. • Pine Beach Tunnel: Twice (2) a year, in January and July.
