Renovation of a multi-residential development in Castlegar, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The scope of work includes repairs to the overhead service supplying Electrical Room 3, the replacement of the main switch and tap box within Electrical Room 3, and the replacement of the existing fuse in Electrical Room 2. Upgrades to electrical systems within the residential units and the on-site office are also included under this Contract. In-suite upgrades shall consist of the replacement of branch panels, aluminum wiring, and associated outlets. All branch circuit wiring shall be tested for neutral-to-ground continuity, and any deficiencies identified shall be corrected. The Contractor shall restore all affected building components to their original condition or better. Such work may include, but is not limited to, roofing, siding, drywall, insulation, and firestopping. The Contractor is advised that hazardous materials are present within the building. All work involving hazardous materials shall be carried out in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
