Site work and paving for a civil project in Lynchburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
This project shall consist of intersection improvements at Washington St. & Madison St., Washington St. & Clay St., and Washington St. & the vacated alignment of Court St. Improvements consist of exposing and raising historic Belgian block and trolley rails in the intersections, minor drainage improvements, driveway entrance replacements, ADA improvements at intersections, and milling and resurfacing the remainder of the street.
