Renovation of the Memorial Avenue Fuel Station to replace tanks, dispensing, and monitoring equipment for diesel underground storage tank and unleaded gasoline underground storage tank plus add storage and dispensing for diesel exhaust fluid. 2. Integration of monitoring equipment for Fleet Services waste oil tank and diesel fired generator tank. 3. Replacement of above ground storage tank, dispensing, and monitoring equipment at the City's Refuse Fuel Site. 4. Provisions for a temporary fuel site with aboveground diesel and unleaded gasoline storage tanks. 5.
