The successful bidder will provide and deliver on site to be installed by the NATION and will include all 14 counties within Cherokee Nation jurisdiction boundaries.The blanket purchase order will be from date of award notification through the end of the fiscal year for Cherokee Nation, September 30, 2026, with the option to extend two (2) years through September 30, 2028. Interested parties are to provide a bid to furnish product equal to or better than the specifications provided. Interested bidders must follow all directions outlined in this bid packet including the utilization of mandatory bid response sheet to be considered fully responsive. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals.
