The Cherokee Nation is accepting bids from interested parties for the purchase and installation for Glass exterior double doors for the Community Cultural Outreach department within the 14 County Jurisdiction Northeast Oklahoma. The scope of work and specifications are included in this bid packet. The Nation reserves the right to award to multiple parties and multiple purchase orders. Interested parties are to provide a bid to furnish all labor, quality control, materials,supplies and supervision to complete the entire project. Interested bidders must follow all directions outlined in this bid packet including the utilization of the mandatory bid response sheet to be considered fully responsive. The lowest most responsive, responsible bid and timeline to complete and invoice project will be the determining factors in awarding this bid taking Indian Preference into consideration. Cherokee Nation also reserves the right to award multiple purchase orders to multiple vendors. The successful bidder or bidders will be issued an agreement and a purchase order incorporating the bid response Request for bid for procurement and installation of 1/4 inch laminated glass Exterior Double Doors. Doors should be equal in quality or better than Ceco Commercial 18 gauge steel doors. These doors will be installed to Commercial Building Codes at different sites within rural areas of Cherokee Nation Reservation. Contractor will be responsible for removal and disposal of all debris. Contractor will be responsible for equipment and services. Hardware will include equal or better than Hager 4700 Series cylindrical lock, lever, latch bolt and pull plate trim. Heavy Duty Surface Door Closer will include equal or better than Hager 5300 series Aluminum Alloy Panic bar will include equal or better than Hager 4700 series Exit Devices which is BHMA Certified Grade 1 and meet Life Safety Codes and Fire Requirements
