The Town of Gilbert is seeking landscaping maintenance services for the Parkway Improvement Districts (PKIDs). The PKIDs are special taxing districts established in residential subdivisions of Gilbert. There are eleven (11) districts in total AWARD TERMS: Each bid package will be reviewed, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as one complete package for all districts; however, the Town reserves the right to award the contract by group of districts. The initial Agreement term will commence upon execution of the Agreement and begin on January 1, 2026, and continue through December 31, 2026. The Agreement may be renewed for up to five (5) additional one-year terms. The deadline for inquiries is Wednesday, September 24, 2025 by 2:00pm Local AZ Time. Questions and/or inquiries must be submitted in writing and emailed to dior.chapman@gilbertaz.gov. Gilbert reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any informality in a proposal or to withhold the Award for any reason Gilbert determines.
