**As of December 5, 2025, the project was awarded to MGC Contractors, Inc but the awarded amount is not available.** New Braunfels Utilities ("NBU") is soliciting Request for Proposals ("RFP") for Solms Pump Station and Ground Storage Tank. 5802U IH 35, New Braunfels, Texas 78132. B. The existing Solms PS and GST site is located at 100 Rusch Lane, New Braunfels, Texas 78132. C. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of labor, materials, tools, incidentals, and equipment for the successful construction of a new 4.3 million gallon per day (MGD) PS building, four (4) vertical turbine pumps, valves, piping and system components, site improvements, yard piping, a new 1-million-gallon (MG) ground storage tank (GST), electrical, instrumentation and controls and SCADA system, access driveway, parking, landscaping improvements, perimeter fencing and gates, and site security, complete in place. D. The work also includes the demolition of an existing 200,000-gallon GST, removal of vault structures, foundations, pumps, piping, and their appurtenances, and the abandonment in place of associated items as shown in the Drawings and Contract Documents, complete in place. The intent is to keep the building accessible, functional, and secured for Owner's future use. E. The work covered by the Contract Documents includes various responsibilities, such as the work to be completed by others, staging and limitations of work, and field engineering.
