SCOPE OF WORK: Base Bid: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting, as per the contract documents, for the Judah P. Benjamin Confederate Memorial at Gamble Plantation Historic State Park, Patten House Roof Repair Project. MINORITY BUSINESS REQUIREMENT: The Department of Environmental Protection supports diversity in its Procurement Program and requests that all sub-contracting opportunities afforded by this bid embrace diversity enthusiastically. The award of sub-contracts should reflect the full diversity of the citizens of the State of Florida. Builder's Risk Insurance is required for this project and must be included in bid price.
