Pointe North Roof Replacement The Housing Authority of the City of Beaumont (HACB) hereby solicits bids from qualified contractors oering to repair and replace asphalt shingle roofs and roofing components to Pointe North 3710 Magnolia Beaumont, TX 77703 in accordance with the construction documents stated herein. Any prospective bidder desiring any explanation or interpretation of the solicitation must request it at least seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled time for the bid opening. The request must be addressed to The LaBiche Architectural Group, at the address stated below. Any information given to a prospective bidder concerning this solicitation will be furnished promptly to all other prospective bidders as a written amendment to the solicitation.
