Completed plans call for the addition of a elderly care / assisted living facility; for the demolition of a elderly care / assisted living facility; for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility.
The Project consists of the construction of a new Adult Day Services Addition and the Renovation of a portion of the existing Cass COA facility, including all general trades, mechanical, electrical, and site work as indicated in the Contract Documents. Proposed facility shall include a drive-under drop-off canopy, as well as an outdoor covered patio area. The proposed building will have a large, open living room, dining room, kitchen (with commercial hood), an office, washer/dryer, accessible toilet rooms, and showers. Last Request for Substitution Due: 7 days prior to due date of bids. Anticipated Substantial Completion Date: 06-12-2026. Anticipated Final Completion Date: 06-26-2026. Question Deadline 10/01/2025 Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount on AIA A310 Bid Bond Form. The Owner reserves the right to change the schedule or terminate the entire procurement process at any time.
