The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of a partial roof replacement of an existing building. B. Removal of existing asphalt shingles, underlayments, metal flashings, drip edges, gutters, and downspouts. 2. Offsite disposal of all removed materials. 3. Removal and replacement of deteriorated roof decking and wood blocking. 4. Provision and installation of PVC membranes, underlayment, and flat insulations. 5. Provision and installation of new flashings, fasciae, and other trim metal work as detailed and specified, including new gutters and downspouts.
