In accordance with the plans and specifications, this work shall consist of widening Linder Road to Five (5) lanes with curb, gutter, and multi-use pathways from State Street (SH44) to Floating Feather Road. This project will include installing the Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons at Floating Feather Road and Linder Road intersection. This project also includes bridges #1021 and #1022. The roadway will be open throughout the project after the irrigation crossing scope is complete. GIS NO. RD202-32 CSC PROJECT NO.: 20005 All work involving irrigation and/or bridge work shall be completed no later than March 15, 2026, unless otherwise approved by the irrigation district. All other work shall be completed in its entirety on or before January 12, 2027.The completion dates are predicated on the intent of ACHD to issue a Notice to Proceed to the Contractor on or about November 13, 2025. ACHD shall be entitled to Liquidated Damages of $5,000.00 for each calendar day of delay in the completion of the work.A delay on one portion of the project does not justify delays on other portions of the project.
