The RFP seeks competitive proposals from qualified Firms to provide management and maintenance of vegetation with-in ACHD stormwater basin and swales at various locations throughout Ada County, in accordance with the defined Scope of Work. During this meeting, ACHD will provide guidance on preparing and submitting proposals. Participants are encouraged to submit any questions or requests for clarification in writing beforehand to ensure they have all necessary information for the procurement process." All questions or requests for clarification regarding this Re-quest for Proposal, including those related to the bid content and contract requirements, must be submitted in writing via the "Question and Answers" section of the ACHD eProcurement Portal no later than 4:30 pm on Wednesday, August 20, 2025. Respondents are advised to observe the stated deadline for submitting inquiries. Respondents shall submit all inquiries re-garding this Proposal via the ACHD eProcurement Portal. ACHD reserves the right to reject all proposals or reject any proposal not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Con-tract Documents whenever such action appears to be in the best interest of ACHD. Award of a contract pursuant to this pro-curement may be delayed, without penalty, for up to sixty (60) calendar days after the date of submission.
