The RFP seeks competitive proposals from qualified Firms to provide Custodial services for all ACHD Office locations. Contractors must perform the following Scope of Work, which is intended to serve as a minimum guideline for the performance of the Custodial Services requested. All questions or requests for clarification regarding this Request for Proposal, including the content and requirements of the Bid and Contract Documents, must be submitted in writing and submitted through the Question & Answers section of the ACHD Portal no later than 4:30 pm on Wednesday, July 23, 2025. Participants are strongly encouraged to submit any questions or requests for clarification in writing in advance via the “Questions and Answers” section of the ACHD eProcurement Portal. This will help ensure all necessary information is obtained before the question and answer submission deadline below. Respondents are advised to observe the stated deadline for submitting inquiries. Respondents shall submit all inquiries regarding this Proposal via the ACHD eProcurement Portal. Respondents are encouraged to click “Follow” on this Request for Proposal to receive email notifications when responses to inquiries are posted. It is the responsibility of each Respondent to regularly check the eProcurement Portal for updates and responses. The Ada County Highway District (ACHD) will address questions and requests for clarification that necessitate an addendum through a Final Addendum, which will be issued to all registered Respondent Holders no later than 4:30 pm on Friday, July 25, 2025. ACHD reserves the right to reject all proposals or reject any proposal not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents whenever such action appears to be in the best interest of ACHD.Award of a contract pursuant to this procurement may be delayed, without penalty, for up to sixty (60) calendar days after the date of submission.
