Site work for a water / sewer project in Garden City, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of Replacement of 1,050 LF of 8" C-900 PVC Domestic Water Main, Replacement of 40 LF of 10" Cast Iron Domestic Water Main, Install 1.0 to 2.0-inch water service lines, and all necessary surface restorations as depicted in the Drawings and Project Manual for the Project. Document Notes: The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Ackerman-Estvold, 7661 W Riverside Drive, Suite 201, 208-853-6470. Prospective Bidders may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office. There shall be endorsed upon the outside of the envelope containing the Bid, the Following: 1. "East 35th Street Water Main Improvements" 2. The name of the person, firm, corporation, or joint venture submitting the Bid. 3. Acknowledgement of Addendums, if any. 4. The Bidder's Contractor's License or Contractor's License Renewal Number. The work will be substantially complete on or before October 30, 2025 and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or Before November 15, 2025. If the work is not completed by the times listed above the liquidated damages will start and continue until work is completed. The Owner reserves the right to hold all Bids for 60 days, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in any Bid.
