Site work and paving for a road / highway in Garden City, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work shall be completed in its entirety on or before September 9, 2025. The completion dates are predicated on the intent of ACHD to issue a Notice to Proceed to the Contractor on or about May 1, 2025. ACHD shall be entitled to Liquidated Damages of $1,500 for each calendar day of delay in the completion of the work. A delay on one portion of the project does not justify delays on other portions of the project. All questions or clarifications concerning the content and requirements of the Invitation to Bid (ITB) must be posted in the Q&A section of the solicitation located at the eProcurement Portal. All questions or clarifications must be submitted by 12:00 pm on Monday, March 24, 2025. Question Response Deadline:March 25, 2025, 4:30pm certified check, cashier's check, or a bid bond (collectively referred to hereafter as "Bid Security") issued by a surety authorized to issue such bonds in the State of Idaho, in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the proposal submitted. The right is reserved to reject all proposals or reject any proposal not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents whenever such action appears to be in the best interest of ACHD.
