Site work and new construction of a civil project in Langley, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The proposed contract involves the construction of a well, pump, pump house, and water lines for the Ministry of Water, Land, and Resource Stewardship, located on private property in the Township of Langley. The scope of work includes: Drilling and constructing a potable production water well, expected to be between 250 and 500 feet deep. Installing a pump. Constructing a pump house around the main wellhead. Excavating trenches and installing approximately five separate underground water lines (~1,400-1,500 feet each, 1-inch diameter) to a designated area for future buildings. Installing a total of nine hydrants (with a 2-foot bury depth), along with the necessary fittings for each. Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca.
