Site work for a water / sewer project in Frisco, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
1.1 The Work: The work consists of providing labor, material, equipment, supervision, and plant to construct Churchill Phase 2B paving facilities. 1.2 The Project Site: The project is located in Van Alstyne MUD No. 3 in Collin County, Texas. The site may be reached by traveling north from Dallas on US Highway 75, following signs for Van Alstyne, then take exit 49 North to CR 371. Head east on CR 371 approximately 300 feet and turn north on CR 373 for approximately 0.5 miles and turn east on CR 1106 for approximately 2.5 miles. The project site resides at the intersection of CR 1106 and CR 830. Question Deadline 09/29/2025 at 5:00 PM CT All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Questions received less than 72 hours prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The project scope includes approximately 4,900 LF of 8 PVC Water Line, 3,600 LF of 8 SDR-35 Sanitary Sewer Main and 2,100 LF of 21 -48 RCP storm pipe. Water Distribution, Sanitary Sewer and Storm Sewer Facilities to serve Churchill Phase 2B.The project scope includes approximately 4,900 LF of 8 PVC Water Line, 3,600 LF of 8 SDR-35 Sanitary Sewer Mainand 2,100 LF of 21 -48 RCP storm pipe. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in anamount not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter intothe Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within7 days after the date the Contractor is notified. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or allbids and to waive any informalities in bids or in bidding. The Owner may accept the bid of any responsible persondeemed most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the project. Pursuant to Texas Government Code 2252.908, if awarded the contract, you must be able to provideVan Alstyne Municipal Utility District No. 3 (the District ) with a printed, executed and notarized original of acompleted Certificate of Interested Parties form (Form 1295) and a Verification of Compliance with GovernmentCode Chapters 2252 and 2270 form. Failure to do so will result in the District s inability to execute the contract.
