Lebanon Waterline Replacement By the City of Frisco, Texas The City of Frisco is seeking bids for the replacement of the 36" waterline that runs north of Lebanon Rd and East of Stowell drive as shown in the attached map. The project also includes the placement of a valve and the removal and replacement of concrete pavement. The project is located in Frisco, Texas. All bids must include a bid for PVC pipe with an alternate bid for using DI pipe. The results will be evaluated and a material selected based on the best value for the OWNER. Work includes the replacement of existing 36" waterline by means of open cut including concrete pavement removal and replacement. Items considered subsidiary to the items on the bid form will include all required reinforcing steel, all concrete saw cutting, membrane curing and forms for all concrete placement, saw joint cutting of pavement, joint sealing of pavement, all trucking costs associated with haul off and/or delivery of any item, the removal of existing subgrade for new flex base placement. The City of Frisco ("City") is accepting bids for Lebanon Waterline Replacement. The deadline for questions is September 25, 2025 at 4:00 PMCT.
