The 2026 Capital Works project generally consists of: 990m of asphalt milling and replacement on Maplewood Street, Stonebridge Crossing, Cypress Place, and Meadowood Place. 410m of new sidewalk on Wyndham Estate Drive, and on a public reserve by Winston Place. 225m of asphalt pathway by Keating Drain between McKenzie Avenue and Coral Cresent. Intersection improvements at Giesbrecht Street and PTH 52W. TIMELINE: Project is in final planning. Owner anticipated issuing invited tender to pre-qualified proponents only early 2026. Final award details may be confirmed spring 2026.
