The County of Stearns is seeking proposals from qualified engineers to provide design engineering plans for the Beaver Island Trail extension - phase 2. This project includes approximately one-half mile of 10-foot-wide bituminous surfaced pedestrian, bicycle, snowmobile, and other non-motorized trail uses from the existing Beaver Island Trail at the intersection of County Road 75 and 19th Ave to Warner Lake County Park in Lynden Township. AWARD: Proposals submitted in response to this RFP shall be valid for 90 days. The County of Stearns reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, to award the contract in whole or in part, and to award to the vendor the County determines is in the County's best interest.
