Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Bloomington, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Project includes all equipment, labor and materials to complete an interior renovation within the Showers North building. Work will include architectural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and related work as shown Anticipated start-up for construction is November 1, 2025. The project is to be substantially complete within ninety (90) days of receiving the local building permit. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid shall accompany each Bid. Bid security may be in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cashier's check payable to Monroe County Government. Other bidding requirements will be listed in the Project Specifications. BONDS: A contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. The successful Bidder is required to furnish an Assurance of Completion equal to 100% of the Contract Sum as Stated in the Project Documents. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. All Bids may be held for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days before awarding Contracts. Contractor will be required to comply with all Federal, State and Local regulations, codes and requirements.
