The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting quotes from qualified contractors to replace the carpeting of the GIS Division in the Dorothy Swanda Jones Building. Questions Due Date: Sep 26th 2025, 5:00 PM AKDT The awarded contractor must: provide all labor, materials, tools, supervision, and miscellaneous supplies required to perform the work; remove existing carpet sheet goods; install Multiply underlayment; prep surface to meet manufacture installation requirements for underlayment and carpet tiles; provide new carpet squares, 4” rubber base, and transition strips; meet or exceed MSBSD 2018-19 FDCM Carpeting Specifications (Attachment #1); conduct work during regular business hours (Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM) and on weekends. A keycard will be provided for access.
