Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages All Work Shall Be Completed in Accordance With the Specifications by No Later Than October 31, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown for Roadwork is October 15 of Any Given Year. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com
