Renovation of an educational facility in Portage La Prairie, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 47,716-square-foot educational facility.
On behalf of the Portage La Prairie School Division, the project consists of an envelope replacement to the main and lower floors of the existing school facility. Work is to include the partial demolition and replacement of existing exterior wall construction c/w removal of existing windows, wall mounted fixtures and miscellaneous equipment. The scope will include selective interior work, associated mechanical and electrical upgrades, as well as exterior grading.
