The City of Council Bluffs Public Works Operations Division is requesting bids for all work set forth in the specifications for this project. Major items of work for this project include the following approximate quantities: Mill and Overlay, 2 In. HMA 4,591.00 SY Sealcoat Parking Lot (Asphalt Emulsion) 29,902.00 SY Remove and Replace 6 In. PCC Curb/Gutter, 2 In. Wide 207.00 LF Full Depth HMA Patch, 6 1/2 In. Thick 1,403.00 SF. All work is to be completed on or before November 26, 2025. Question Deadline 09/18/2025 -Every question or request for clarification or interpretation should be submitted through electronically. Such questions or requests should be submitted at least seven (7) days before the date fixed for opening of bids.
