The general nature of the work on which bids will be received consists of the modifications to the existing 15 kV switchgear at the East and West Substations and modifications to the control panel at the West Substation. This work includes the removal of existing relays, controls, and wiring, and the furnishing and installation of new relaying, controls, wiring, and communication cables. The work includes breaker retrofitting at the East Substation and 15 kV circuit breaker testing at the East Substation, West Substation, and the Generation Plant. Est. Completion Date: April 30, 2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents.
