Renovation of a fire / police facility in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The project involves making a leaking exterior window weather tight and repairing the resultant water damage. The work includes but is not necessarily limited to repairing the flashing around the leaking window, replacing compromised building materials like steel Z-girts, insulation, vapour barrier & wallboard and repairing/replacing missing eavestroughs as needed. The work also includes the removal and off-site disposal of the discarded materials.
