GEDDES TOWN HALLADAAND ENTRANCE UPGRADES Project Sponsor: Town of Geddes Project Description: Complete installation of a ADA handicapped accessible ramp, removal and replacement of main entrance stairs and replacement of stair nosing on existing exterior courthouse stairs, including minor concrete repairsf This project is subject to all state and local governing laws and regulations, and New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates are to be paid under the Contract. The Town of Geddes reserves the right to waive all irregularities in Bids, and in bidding, and to reject any or all Bids, or rebid the Project at the Town Board's sole discretion. Document Desc : Bidders who return full sets of the Contract Specifications and drawings/ Flash Drive in good condition within 10 days after receipt of Bids will receive a full refund. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidders shall promptly notify the Town of any errors, omissions, conflicts, and/or ambiguity that they identify in the contract documents by emailing Jason Brown, P.E. atjbrown@dunnandsgromo.com. Question Deadline 10/03/2025 All questions by prospective bidders pertaining to the Contract Documents, and Specifications must be received, in writing, by the Town of Geddes, at least five (5) days before the date set for the opening of the proposals.
