Sealed proposals are sought and requested by the Westhill Central School District for Work of a Single Contract consisting of Alterations to District Buildings Westhill Central School District 2025-2026 Capital Outlay Project Onondaga Hill Middle School N.Y.S.E.D. No. 42-07-01-06-0-001-014 Bids are requested for the following Prime Contract: Contract GC-1 General Construction Contractor The Bidding Documents shall be available, and may also be examined at the following locations: online Drawings, Specifications, and Bid Form(s) (Contract Documents) may be obtained at the Plan Holder, Plan and Print Systems, 6160 Eastern Ave, Syracuse, NY 13211 (315) 437-5111 as follows: 1. Electronic Format: In an effort to be environmentally and fiscally conscious of paper use and consumption documents will be available as digital sets After purchasing the files prospective Bidders may obtain paper copy prints of the documents, full set or partial set, at their own cost from Plan & Print Systems or by taking the disk to a printer of their choosing. Documents may also be viewed free of charge at online. As bid security, each proposal shall be accompanied by Certified Check or Bid Bond made out to Owner, in accordance with amounts and terms described in INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject, any and all bids. No bidder may withdraw his proposal within forty five (45) calendar days of actual date of opening thereof.
