Renovation of a military facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The contractor shall remove and install HVAC equipment in Building 1471 on Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado. All work must comply with the specifications outlined in Attachment 1 - Statement of Work and Attachment 2 - Salient Characteristics. The contractor is responsible for providing all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to complete the task. Questions: Please submit questions related to this solicitation to SrA Cristina Dobhriste at cristina.dobhriste.1@spaceforce.mil and SSgt Kaylie Anderson at kaylie.anderson@spaceforce.mil no later than Wednesday, 17 September 2025, at 10:00 AM MDT. Contractor shall provide all labor and materials needed to remove, dispose of, and replace HVAC equipment in the mechanical room in building 1471. This work will include providing and installing a new 7-1/2 ton condensing unit and matching evaporator coil, refrigerant piping, insulation with accessories.
