This work is estimated by the Department of Administration, Public Works Division to be less than $150,000.00. Bid must comply with the below listed requirements and utilize DAPW Form 35. Prequalification is not required. The Contractor shall furnish all services, labor, materiel, tools and supervision required to maintain, in optimum operating condition, each device of the Emergency Generator Systems. Services shall include repair and replacement of parts, components and devices, inspection calibration, cleaning and lubrication pertaining to the efficient operation of the system as listed on the Preventative Maintenance Checklist
