As of October 09, 2025, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. No definite date for the rebid. Concession Building Pre-Qualification: Yes This project shall consist offurnishing labor, equipment, materials and work necessary in the construction ofthe following items ofwork: Demolition and removal of existing restroom building and footings. Construction of a new +/-2,100 sq ft concession and restroom building to include concession area, men's and women's restrooms, covered seating area. New connection to existing septic. Coordinate new water line connection. City direct purchase. Site restoration. Should any question arise concerning the true meaning of the contract documents, the bidder may submit to the Director of Parks and Recreation, a written request for an interpretation thereofand so provided will be made in the form ofan addendum, and either mailed or delivered to all bidders who may later receive contract documents. Any addenda issued during the time of bidding shall be included with the proposal and will become a part of the final contract. No oral statements shall be deemed changes in the contract documents.
