Road resurfacing Pre-Qualification: Yes DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK The work is known as the 2026 Road Resurfacing Project No. R-26-01 and shall consist of the quantities indicated in the Unit Price Bid Schedule included as part of the Proposal. The work shall be performed in accordance with the plans and the requirements of the current State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation, Standard Specifications for Highway and Structure Construction, most recent edition; the Standard Specifications for Sewer and Water Construction in Wisconsin, most recent edition; and the City of Brookfield Specifications. A portion of this project referred to as the Willow Ridge Subdivision (163 rd St, 162 nd St, 160 th St, Spruce Ln, Dorothy St, Keller Dr) is part of the Local Roads Improvement Project (LRIP). Should any question arise concerning the true meaning of the contract documents, the bidder may submit to the Director of Public Works, a written request for an interpretation thereof and so provided will be made in the form of an addendum, and either mailed or delivered to all bidders who may later receive contract documents. Any addenda issued during the time of bidding shall be included with the proposal and will become a part of the final contract. No oral statements shall be deemed changes in the contract documents.
