Site work and paving for a road / highway in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project consists of furnishing labor, equipment, materials, and work necessary for the construction of the following items: approximately 101,000 square yards of micro surface and 2,900 linear feet of crack sealing with mastic/flex patch. The work is known as the 2026 Road Surface Treatment Project No. R-26-02 and shall consist of the quantities indicated in the Unit Price Bid Schedule included as part of the Proposal. The work shall be performed in accordance with the plans and the requirements of the current State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation, Standard Specifications for Highway and Structure Construction, most recent edition, and the City of Brookfield Specifications. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any minor informality or irregularity in bids received. All proposals shall. Should any question arise concerning the true meaning of the contract documents, the bidder may submit to the Director of Public Works, a written request for an interpretation thereof and so provided will be made in the form of an addendum, and either mailed or delivered to all bidders who may later receive contract documents. Any addenda issued during the time of bidding shall be included with the proposal and will become a part of the final contract. No oral statements shall be deemed changes in the contract documents.
