Site work for a water / sewer project in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work consists of furnishing labor, equipment, materials, and performing all necessary work for the construction of the following items: installation of 6,100 linear feet of 6-inch CIPP water main lining, 27 liner pits, a temporary water distribution system, 370 linear feet of 6-inch water main, miscellaneous water main appurtenances, erosion control, and restoration. Bidders are required to submit a qualification statement at least five days before the bid opening date. The proposal form from the City must be properly executed, and bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check equal to five percent of the largest possible total bid, including alternates. The successful bidder's failure to execute the contract and furnish the performance bond within ten days after award will result in forfeiture of the check or bid bond as liquidated damages. All proposals must remain firm and may not be withdrawn for ninety days after the opening date. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any minor informality or irregularity in received bids. Pre-Qualification: Yes Should any question arise concerning the true meaning of the contract documents, the bidder may submit to the Director of Public Works, a written request for an interpretation thereof and so provided will be made in the form of an addendum, and either mailed or delivered to all bidders who may later receive contract documents
