Description

Renovation of a stadium in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a stadium.

Waukesha County Department of Parks & Land Use (PLU) is seeking proposals from qualified engineering and refrigeration system consultants to evaluate replacement options for the existing R-22 refrigeration system at Eble Ice Arena, develop a formal recommendation, provide conceptual design documents, and produce a bid-ready construction specification for a 2027 procurement. The construction project is planned for 2028. Awarded vendor will also provide ongoing construction management during the Part 2 construction project at the sole discretion of the County after successful completion of Part 1. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
