Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Petawawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
for the construction of the Herman Street pedestrian crossover (PXO) at Kiddyland Park including grading, granular base, provisional hot mix paving, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, concrete pole foundations, solar powered pedestrian activated crosswalk system with pole and appurtenances, and landscape restoration. Complete tender documents may be obtained digitally from Jp2g Consultants Inc., by emailing their office. An email will be returned with the link and password where the documents, drawings and any future addenda may be retrieved. Email for tender document registration: tenders@jp2g.com with the subject line "Tender Request - Herman Street PXO at Kiddyland Park". The successful Bidder will be required to file with the Owner the specified insurance within ten (10) days of being awarded the Contract. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
