Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.

E-mail is the preferred method for questions. Requests shall be marked with solicitation number W50S77-25-Q-0015. The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, tools, equipment, parts, supplies, and transportation necessary to perform RC26 Shelter Demo services at the 147th Attack Wing, Texas Air National Guard. The work must be carried out in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement is set aside exclusively for small businesses under NAICS code 238910, with a small business size standard of $19 million. The contract will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed-Price type and is expected to begin within 90 days after the notice of award.\The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to demolish and remove the existing steel pavilion structure measuring approximately 65ft L x 80ftW x 25ft H (contractor to verify field). Work includes full removal of all structural components and the restoration of the site to a safe and clean condition. 2. SERVICES SUMMARY. The Contractor shall: 2.1 Demolition o Safely dismantle and remove the existing steel pavilion structure (60'L x 80'W x 25'H). o Take proper precautions to avoid damage to surrounding structures, pavement, utilities, or landscaping. Any damage done to the existing pavement is the contractors' responsibility. o All demolition shall comply with OSHA and Air Force safety standards. 2.2 Removal & Disposal o All structural materials (steel columns, beams, fasteners, etc.) shall be removed from the site by the Contractor. o Materials shall be disposed of or recycled at an offsite facility in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. o No debris or structural materials may be left onsite. 2.3 Site Restoration o All anchor bolt holes and other slab penetrations resulting from the structure removal shall be filled with epoxy. o Epoxy used must comply with the Air Force Whole Building Design Guide (WBDG) approved products list. o Contractor shall submit epoxy product data sheet and manufacturer approval for review and acceptance before use. 2.4 Equipment & Access o Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, including crane(s), rigging, lifts, and hand tools required to complete the work. o Contractor is responsible for transporting and operating all equipment at the job site. Equipment shall be sufficient to lift loads and beams of existing structure. o Contractor is responsible for coordinating access, laydown area, and equipment staging with base/facility POC. 3. Submittals (By email) Prior to mobilization, the Contractor shall provide: o Safety plan and demolition methodology. o Epoxy product submittal for bolt hole repair. o Crane and rigging plan (FAA requires 90 days submission for review) o Equipment list. o Schedule of work. 4. Safety and Environmental Compliance o Contractor shall comply with all OSHA, AFOSH, and base-specific safety guidelines. o Erosion, dust, and noise control measures must be implemented as needed. o Any spills or environmental hazards must be reported immediately to the appropriate environmental office. Contractor to submit Environmental plan to the 147 Civil Engineering Squadron. 5. Quality Assurance o All work shall be inspected and approved by the Government Representative. o Final acceptance will be based on removal of all materials, proper epoxy patching, and a clean worksite. All work shall be iaw Whole Building Design guide and Air Force Specifications, and International Building Code (Current Version). 6. Points of Contact All hot work shall be notified by 147 CE and 147 Fire. No work shall commence without proper notification to 147 Civil Engineering Squadron
