Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Contractors will be required to supply, either through their own forces or Subcontractors, all materials, plant, labour, equipment, incidentals necessary, and all permits and licenses as required for total completion of the Construction Work for Water and Sewer Construction Projects which may include, but not limited to: supply and installation of sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, storm sewer manholes and catch basins, culverts, associated service laterals, temporary water system, roadway granulars, roadway reinstatement, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, reinstatement of embankments, walking trail, retaining walls, fencing, landscaping, placement of asphalt concrete, traffic control, environmental protection, and all related appurtenances.
