The Lynn Housing Authority & Neighborhood Development (LHAND) is requesting a square foot cost for the installation of VCT tile flooring, on as needed basis, at its State 667 Public Housing Developments and State 705 scattered sites throughout the City of Lynn, Massachusetts. The approximate annual total budget is $75,000.00. At that time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud and forthwith. A bid deposit of 5% of the budgeted amount and a 50% payment bond are required of all prospective bidders; any contractor failing to do so will be disqualified from the bid process. Bid Deposit must be in the form of a certified, treasurer's or cashier's check payable to the Lynn Housing Authority & Neighborhood Development from a responsible bank or trust company or a bid bond from a licensed surety. The LHAND Board of Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any of all bids or any part thereof and make awards as may appear in the best interest of the Authority.
