JF Construction Services, dba Miller Construction Management LLC., on behalfofPolk County Board of County Commissioners Facilities Management Division, is currently pre-qualifying any firm who wishes to submit a bid proposal for all required trades on the Polk County Sheriffs Office Evidence Storage Facility. Anticipated start date in early November 2025 and approximately 112 calendar days to complete. The project consists generally of the construction of a new 6,000 gross SF open single story pre-engineered pole bar structure with all required site improvements for the Polk County Sheriffs Office Evidence Storage Facility. The scope of work shall include, without limitation: survey, layout, and as-built drawings, site work construction, chain link fencing and gates, landscape, sod, irrigation, concrete work, pre-engineered wood post/steel joist pole bam structure, joint fillers, pipe bollard covers, and electrical. Only prequalified firms will be allowed to provide bids. To prequalify, contractors will need to send all company information, W9, certificate of insurance listing JF Construction Services dba Miller Construction Management, LLC and Owner, and their affiliates as additional insured in respect to general liability insurance, and waiver of subrogation to the Estimating Department (JFCSbids@jfpetrogroup.com).
