Renovation of an educational facility in Berlin, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Furnish materials and labor to complete the Re-Roofing of the North Portico. Each Bidder must deposit a Bid Security in the amount and form per the conditions provided in Instructions to Bidders. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for forty-five (45) days after the Bid Opening. Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return Bid Security prior to that date. Attendees should anticipate a 15 minute Q & A session followed by a review of the work areas. The Architect will transmit to all listed Bidders record of Addenda in response to questions arising at the Conference. The Berlin Central School District reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received, or to reject all Bids without explanation Question Deadline 09/12/2025 No interpretation of the meaning of the Contract Documents, the existing conditions, or of the scope of Work will be made verbally. Provide every request for such interpretation in writing, addressed to CSArch, Attention: Douglas Dickinson, 40 Beaver Street, Albany, New York 12207, by e-mail: ddickinson@csarchpc.com, and to be given consideration must be received at least seven (7) working days prior to the date of the Bid Opening
