Renovation of a stadium in Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
A 22,000-seat NCAA Football Stadium which includes infrastructure, new artificial field, modular seating, modular locker rooms/restrooms/showers/changing facilities, scoreboard and press box. The current grandstands offer seating capacity at around 5,000 seats. Project will consist of adding an additional 17,000 seats. Request for Qualifications (RFQ) documents will be available on or after October 14,2025, on the “Planet Bids Public Solicitation Portal” website, http://psp.planetbids.com/g/81563/. Direct any prequalification questions to the Trustees Prequalification Administrator at cocm.prequal@calstate.edu The mandatory conference and site inspection originally scheduled for Friday, October 10, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. has been postponed until further notice. A new date and time will be announced once confirmed.
