The Work of the Project consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: Streambank structural and bioengineered stabilization and aesthetic improvements along White Lick Creek in Arbuckle Acres Park, including riprap armoring, rootwad installations, floodplain shelf restoration, and natural stone walls and access features. Any prospective Bidder who is in doubt as to the meaning or intent of any part of the Bidding Documents, or finds a discrepancy or omission therein, may submit a written request for clarification via email to Brian Powers (brian.powers@clarkdietz.com) at Clark Dietz, Inc. No verbal questions or comments will be taken or addressed. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Bidders shall assure that they have obtained complete set of specifications and Contract Documents and shall assume the risk of any errors or omissions in bids prepared in reliance on incomplete sets of specifications and Contract Documents. Each Bidder is responsible for inspecting the Project site(s) and for reading and being thoroughly familiar with the Contract Documents and Specifications. The failure or omission of any Bidder to do any of the foregoing shall in no way relieve any Bidder from any obligation with respect to its Bid. If Owner awards the contract for the Work, such award shall be to the responsible Bidder submitting the lowest responsive Bid as determined by the Owner.. Question Deadline 09/25/2025
