The intent of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to have the contractor remove and fully dispose of the existing lawn irrigation system and install a new, irrigation system to cover 17,000 square feet of flat and gently sloping grass at USCG Station Yaquina Bay, located at 925 SW Naterlin Rd, Newport, OR 97365. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, services, equipment, and necessary supervision onsite to fulfill these requirements DETAILED TASKS 1. The contractor shall survey the site to assess and document current lawn irrigation requirements and ensure coverage of 17,000 square feet of flat and gently sloping grass. 2. The contractor shall determine and design a new irrigation system that adequately covers the entire lawn area, ensuring no dry spots or overwatering areas. 3. The contractor shall remove the existing lawn irrigation system completely, including pipes, sprinkler heads, valves, and any associated hardware. 4. The contractor shall install the new designed irrigation system, including all necessary pipes, valves, sprinkler heads, and controllers, to provide uniform coverage over the described area. 5. The contractor shall mobilize all necessary equipment, labor, and materials to the job site to commence work on the project efficiently. 6. The contractor shall provide detailed "as-built" drawings of the newly installed irrigation system, indicating all key components and layout. 7. The contractor shall provide a comprehensive maintenance guide for the new irrigation system, including operation instructions, troubleshooting tips, and routine care requirements. 8. The contractor shall dispose of all debris, old equipment, and any waste materials generated during the removal of the existing system and installation of the new system in accordance with local regulations. 9. The contractor shall demobilize all equipment, labor, and materials from the job site upon completion of the installation and ensure the site is left in a clean and orderly condition.
