Following Work: Contractor Will Furnish Labor and Equipment Construct Substation Pole Yard Fencing (8' High Chain Link Industrial/commercial Security Fence) With Vehicle Swing Gates (Manual and Motor-operated Electronic Opening) at Central Lincoln Pud's Substation Ss332 Lakeside Pole Yard. Bid Packages Will Not Be Sent to Plan Centers. Each Bidder is Solely Responsible for Conducting Their Own Due Diligence, Inspecting the Project Site, and Familiarizing Themselves With Existing Conditions Prior to Submitting a Bid. Failure to Inspect the Site Will Not Relieve the Contractor of Responsibility for Completing the Work as Specified. Bidders List Contractors Wishing to Be Placed on the Bidders List Must Be Pre-approved. Each Bid Must Include a Statement as to Whether the Bidder is a "Resident Bidder" as Defined in Ors 279a.120. the District May Reject Any Bid Not in Compliance With Prescribed Procedures and Requirements and May Reject, for Good Cause, Any or All Bids if It is in the Public Interest to Do So.
