Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Buckley, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
Carefully remove and store existing concrete roof tiles. Selective demolition of full steep-slope tile roof assembly components including sheet metal flashing to the existing Plywood sheathing. Examine all existing plywood sheathing for wetness, water-staining, decay, splitting, cracking or other conditions rendering the sheathing unserviceable for continued use. Identify all decayed or unserviceable wood and mark for replacement or repair as specified. Install new factory finished galvanized sheet metal gutters, downspouts, eave edge, rake, valley, and ridge flashing per construction documents. Install new asphalt shingle roof assembly and underlayment as indicated. The successful Bidder is required to register and create an account in the DES Diversity Compliance program (B2Gnow) at. Voluntary numerical Diverse Business goals of 10% MBE, 6% WBE, 5% SBE or PWSBE, and 5% Veterans have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged.
