This bid package is for Phase 3 of the project involving the restoration of 10,800 linear feet of stream and the treatment of 300 acres of invasive plant species. The objective of this project is to establish a stable, natural stream pattern and dimension to restore the existing degraded habitat, altered primary physical processes, and destabilized in-stream conditions Question Deadline 09/22/2025 at 12:00 PM CT ALL PROCUREMENT QUESTIONS SHALL BE DIRECTED TO BUYER OF RECORD FOR THIS PROJECT. . The Division of Engineering and Contract Administration, Commonwealth of Kentucky, reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive all informalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the Commonwealth may be served. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee (in the form of a bid bond or certified check) of not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the lump sum base bid. A 100% Performance Bond and a separate 100% Payment Bond shall be furnished by the successful bidder. All bonding and insurance requirements are contained in the Instructions to Bidders and/or General Conditions. Bonds should be executed by a surety company authorized to do business by the Kentucky Secretary of State and the Kentucky Department of Insurance within the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Estimated Length of Project: 540 (Substantial Completion) + 30 (Final Completion)
